Our products are FINAL SALE! REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation NO returns or exchanges. If you notice your product to be defective, or incorrect please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective or incorrect we will allow an exchange. We adhere to those strict policies with respect to product returns. As a necessary health and agriculture precaution, the items must be returned in the original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unused, undamaged, and in the original shipped condition. All tags and packaging must be included. If our company allows exchange to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping (if exchange is granted or denied, customer is responsible for shipping) MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. If the defect is Soulful Vibes’ fault we will cover the shipping cost to return it to you. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
